Never one to waste money, when we leave to give out your shoeboxes in Romania we are taking all the cheap options.  Having secured £60 flights from Luton to Bucharest we will then travel from Romania to the country of Moldova by local bus!! Taking a mere 12 hours it is only going to cost £15 whereas the flights were over £200 so lets hope we get a seat and there are no animals travelling in the same direction.

We finally did it!  After over a years planning and lots of organisation 15 fantastic trekkers finally accomplished what they set out to achieve - walk 120km through the Carpathian Mountains in Northern Romania to raise funds for Link Romania.  We here at Link Romania are extremely grateful for their superb efforts and we will be putting photos and a diary on line when the General Manager (!)has recovered that we hope will give you a taste of what they experienced.  Here below are just a fraction of the photos that were taken.  Many thanks to all those who spon
