"Hi, I'm the General Manager for Link Romania and I joined in June 2004.  Since then I have been fortunate to witness the growth of the charity and see how it has made a big difference to the people we help in Eastern Europe. Having previously worked as a Marketing Manager in various International Businesses and having worked with the charity in an on/off volunteer capacity over the years, my role has been to build up our teams both here and in the UK, increase our communication with supporters and hopefully bring in some much needed funds to Link Romania. Rose Taylor - Office Manager - Part Time

 "I have lived all my life in Zimbabwe, apart from  4 years in Johannesburg, South Africa, and moved to the UK in 2006. Having worked as a Biomedical Scientist, I have also worked for a branch of Focus on the Family as a follow-up correspondent that my husband started in Zimbabwe.  I have also been kept very busy as a pastor’s wife for 20 years and all that has entailed. I joined the charity in Jan 2007 and I am very happy to be working for an organisation whose mission it is to uplift the lives of the poor. Even with my first hand experience of the poor in Africa, it came as a surprise to me that this kind of poverty exists in Europe. Having visited Romania last year, their situation is almost a mirror image of what people are experiencing in Southern Africa. The face of poverty is the same, the world over and our continued support is desperately needed"
