Lisa Hector, General Manager
I joined Link Romania in 2004 and since then have seen the charity grow and make a difference to even more people across Eastern Europe.
Having previously worked as a marketing manager in various international businesses and having worked with the charity in an volunteer capacity over the years, my role has been to build up our teams both in Romania and in the UK, increase our communication with supporters and hopefully bring in some much needed funds to Link Romania.

Wendy Smith, Office & Finance Manager
I joined Link Romania as a volunteer in 2008 working on the accounts side. As with all things at Link Romania you gradually get more and more involved with the many other aspects of the charity and this has now led to me being employed as the Office Manager for the organisation. I have been so moved by the amazing work that the charity does and the work with families in need. Its expansion into other countries in Eastern Europe has been a challenge especially on the finance side but we are carefully using the resources that we are so generously given to stretch as far and as widely as we can. I am currently wearing two hats as Office Manager and Finance Manager so do feel free to contact me and I can switch them around.
Trish Varndall, Communication & Fundraising Manager
I joined Link Romania in 2011 as their Communication and Fundraising Manager. I started out my career in media and broadcasting and this developed into working in the public and third sector across a variety of disciplines including community cohesion, education and fundraising.
I am really excited to become part of the Link Romania team and participate in the fantastic work they do. I shall be focusing on maximising communication with our supporters and developing more initiatives to raise funds for the Charity to continue their much needed support of lives and communities in Eastern Europe.
